SOIL & LAND CLASSIFICATION
The land is classified as Grade 1 on the old MAFF Land Classification of England & Wales (Sheet 124). The soil is shown on the Soil Survey of England & Wales (Sheet 4 - Soils of Eastern England) as belonging to the Blacktoft Soil Association, described as "deep stoneless permeable calcareous fine and coarse silty soils. Some calcareous clayey soils." Deemed suitable for growing sugar beet, potatoes, cereals and some field vegetables and horticultural crops. TENANCY DETAILS
The land is part of a larger unit being farmed on a Farm Business Tenancy which commenced on 11th October 2016 for an initial period of five years running until 10th October 2021. Notice has been served under Section 5 of the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995 to terminate the tenancy. The apportioned rent for this property is £7,311.35 per annum, payable half yearly in advance on 11th October and 6th April in each year. WAYLEAVES, EASEMENTS & RIGHTS OF WAY
