Some deep calcareous. Often over peat. Some calcareous coarse and fine silty soils locally. Complex soil patterns with the coarser soils often on low ridges. TENURE AND POSSESSION
The land is offered For Sale freehold with vacant possession on completion , subject to holdover to harvest the growing crop.
The land is currently farmed on a Farm Business Tenancy which commenced on 10th October 2019 for a period of 1 Year running until 10th October 2020. The outgoing tenant will be granted holdover to harvest the growing crop up to 15th November 2020. WAYLEAVES, EASEMENTS & RIGHTS OF WAY
