PLANNING Outline Planning Consent was granted by South Holland District Council for the erection of 6 residential dwellings under reference H07-0059-18, dated 27th March 2018.
A copy of this consent is available for inspection at our Wisbech Office or on the Council's website.
The sale will be subject to a covenant restricting the size of each residential dwelling to 166m² Gross Internal Area. This is due to a condition of the planning permission restricting the overall build size of all 6 plots to 1000m² in total
