PLANNING Outline Planning Consent, with all matters reserved, was granted by the Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk on 19th July 2016 under reference 16/00158/O for the development of 9 dwellings.

A further Planning Application under reference 18/00844/F was submitted in May 2018 to vary condition 15 on the Outline consent. This decision is still pending.
