PLANNING Outline Planning Consent for the erection of Two Dwellings was granted by South Holland District Council on 12th June 2019 under planning reference H19-0415-19. A copy of this consent is available from the South Holland District Council website. The Purchaser should make themselves aware of the specific conditions attached to the planning consent.
BOUNDARIES The boundary between Plot 1 and Plot 2 will be as indicated by the post at the rear of the plots and the painted post at the front of the plot. Prospective Purchasers are deemed to be aware of and understand the positioning of the boundaries of the land.
It is the Purchasers' responsibility to erect a fence to the western boundary within 2 months of completion of the purchase.
