THE SITE A parcel of land on the western side of the village of Coates, extending to about 10.83 Ha (26.7A), and identified in the first draft of the emerging Fenland Local Plan as a proposed allocation for residential development.

Coates is situated about 3 miles from the Market Town of Whittlesey, 8 miles east of Peterborough and about 9 miles west of March.

Currently in agricultural use, the site lies to the north side of March road with a wide frontage to that road, and adjoins the current built environment of the village.


THE PROPOSITION The site owners are seeking a developer wishing to enter into an Option agreement for the site, to promote the proposed allocation and seek planning consent, with a view to a purchase.

Interested parties are invited to contact the Agents who will supply details of the proposed basis of an Option agreement for a potential purchaser to base their proposal upon.


TIMESCALE All propositions should be submitted to the sole agents Maxey Grounds & Co by 12 Noon on Friday 2nd September 2022.
