Covid-19

As the Covid-19 situation within this area continues to evolve we wish to reassure you all that we have all necessary contingencies in place and business will continue. Our systems are all capable of being operated remotely and only certain parts of our day to day activity may need to be altered.

Whilst all Viewings, Inspections, face to face Meetings and Property Visits will be carried out as normal, for the safety of our Clients, Contractors and Staff we would like to advise that prior to any meetings or visits all Clients, Tenants, Applicants, Contractors and Staff will be asked whether they have:

• Travelled overseas in the last 2 weeks and if so to where so that we can assess whether there is additional risk
• Any symptoms of Covid-19
• Been in contact with anyone with the symptoms of Covid-19
• Been advised to self-isolate

If we assess a high risk from the first possibility and/or any of the other three circumstances apply then the Viewing, Inspection, Visit or Meeting will be postponed. If possible, we will use telephone and video conferencing to conduct the matter in a non-contact manner.

For the safety and peace of mind of our staff we have asked them to avoid unnecessary contact. Therefore, please do not be offended if we do not shake hands or approach closer than 2 metres.

Should you, as a Tenant of one of the properties we manage, have trouble making rental payments as a direct result of Covid-19 please contact our Property Management department as soon as possible to discuss options.

The safety and health of both our team and those we meet is paramount therefore we will do all we can as a business to ensure our actions minimise the impact of Covid-19 on all our Clients and Customers.

• Dry cough
• High temperature/fever
• Shortness of breath

HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM COVID-19

• Regular hand washing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
• Using regular hand sanitiser gel
• Cover your mouth or nose with tissue rather than your hand when coughing and sneezing
• Put tissues in sealed bin as soon as possible
• Avoid close contact with others who are unwell
• Avoid touching your face

WHAT TO DO IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE COVID-19

• Remain at home and self-isolate
• Do not visit your GP or hospital
