We arrange the viewings and then you manage them, so you can share some of the best features about your house with prospective buyers. We’ll help you of course, and give you some hints and tips on how to present your home to buyers in the best possible way. All of our registered, interested buyers will be emailed with your property details and your home will be featured on national property sites such as Rightmove.co.uk and OnTheMarket.com as well as our website. 

If you want greater support - you want us to sell your home and manage the process on your behalf - then our Premium and Premium Plus packages have the features for you. 

With both packages, we will arrange and manage the viewings on your behalf, we will progress your sale on a weekly basis and your property will be featured within our local press advertising, until it is sold. We will also send out hard copies of your property brochure to interested buyers, as well as emailing the details. 

If you have specific needs, then the Premium Plus package is the one for you. Not only will we take professional photographs of your property, but we will also advertise it within relevant, specialist publications. You will also benefit from a professionally printed brochure and a premium listing on Rightmove, which will achieve, on average. 35% more online viewings.
